We arrived a bit early for a film at the nearby Cineplex, so decided to scout in and around the big boxes to find someplace for dinner. The menu for this place caught our eyes as being the type of ingredients we like, and our first impression was also positive when we walked through the door.The décor is casual but inviting, the food looked and smelled delicious, and the staff were friendly but professional. I had a wrap with braised beef and was very happy with it, I'd order it again. My companion had a salad bowl with the greens mix and lamb, and was equally pleased. I like the concept. And I like eating this style of bowls with multiple ingredients. However, if I am being honest, the protein is the biggest disappointment. Every meat is shredded and the flavours are sub par. If you compare to similar options at chipotle, this is the biggest difference. Work on the flavours and quality of the protein and HFFT will be back.

They've opened a new restaurant at 346 Elgin. I've never been to the other one so I can't compare the two. the Elgin Street one is urban chic, simple edgy furnishings and an interesting food concept. Certainly everything was very fresh and tasty. I'm not a dedicated Greek foodie, but I found it an inexpensive meal and a fretting change

We had lunch and dinner here in the past couple of weeks.The food is extremely fresh, and you leave feeling healthier.The other positive for most people, for a "fast food" restaurant, they are LICENSED.Food is fantastic, definitely give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Reserva una mesa ahora

I love this place! So happy it opened up close by so we have some healthy, quick options which lots of different choices. I feel happy to have my family eat here because I know they are getting food! Service is great, food is fresh and super tasty AND it's licensed :)

Pi-Rho is by far one of my favorite restaurants in Barrhaven! It is delicious, fresh and filling. The owner is wonderful! It's my new go-to restaurant for a quick and healthy lunch and/or dinner (or take-away.) If you haven't tried it, you absolutely should!! :)

Fresh and healthy with lots of interesting dips and toppings to build your own custom salad/grain bowl or pita. Great spicy lamb meatballs! Home made soup too and you can have a wine or beer. Been several times and it's consistently good.

A terrific spot to try new foods. Mediterranean flavors. You can choose your own selection of additions to each dish. Very hands on. Very green. Beautifully prepared. They even had limited wine menu. A must for lunch. Reserva una mesa ahora

Stopped by this place yesterday. Had a grain/salad bowl (saffron rice, greens, zucchini patty, roasted veggies) a few yummy dips...all for $10. Filling, healthy & yummy! So good, I went back tonight????

Have been here a few times already, the food is really fresh and portions are large. I usually make a salad but have had the wrap as well. Dips are really good, harissa and tzatziki are my favourite.
