Pita Pit - Reservar una mesa

Usually a 5 star, however this experience was different. November 27, 6:30pm, we had picked up an online order, and the food was cold, which was ok, it was an online order afterall, and the food had obviously been sitting out ready to go for a bit. (We picked up food 2 minutes after it told us to). But what also sucked about this time is that we ordered 2 orders of chocolate chip cookies, and 2 orders of white chocolate macadamia. From my understanding, (also what the app said) 1 order of cookies gets 2 cookies. So instead of receiving our 8 cookies, we only received 4.

wait for more than 20mins order pick up, but the ladies who were working were somewhat rude doesn't seem to visit ordering and focus only on customer service. and go backroom for chit chat.i were here for like 20 minutes and they just start ordering after all these. if they are a supplier, they avoid this place!

eating is good, but I don't have a fund for pita wraps. the hired was so disturbed with the costumer. because they don't know how to wrap themselves perfectly. her young never teaches her to stream the wraps. you wrap big problems.

There was a shorter wait compared to the Subway next door. The staff was welcoming and informative. I appreciate the fact that they offer more filling and less bread in their sandwiches.
