Pita Pit - Reservar una mesa

We went to the Pita Pit for our first time last night, and we're really impressed. With the word "Pit" in the title I thought the food would be the same old cheap quality food as most fast food...but it wasn't!The smoothies used real fruit, had no sugar added and were delicious! (We had mango spinach...even the kids!) And the food was good too. No recommendations, we had 5 different things and all were good. One of the best things about this place was the staff working there. The guy at the cash register was incredibly friendly and helpful. I've never seen this kind of customer service in a fast food restaurant before! And all the staff were working really fast and were very nice too.

Tried to stop in but was shooed away as he said he wasn't ready and came in early which was why the door was open....but it was 10:03 and they open at 10:00..... Poor customer service and could have been handled much better. So I walked down the street and ate elsewhere. Another chain in Kelowna.....

Been there today with my kid. We had southwest steak and shawarma pitas. Those were big, $9 each. Both of us enjoyed it very much. The service was very nice and friendly. They prepare pita on your order, ask what vegetables to put, whether to toast it and so on.Will return!
