Pita Pit - Reserva de mesa

I've been going to Pita Pit since 2007 in kingston when I used to go to college and from 2007 till now I have been to many pita pit across the province and I never had any bad experience with the way the pita was made, or service being unpleasant or the atmosphere being bad but today, I just moved to this town less than a month ago I was excited to get a good pita great service but unfortunately the girl behind the counter not wearing uniform or a pita pit wiser and I bought a few pita all rolled badly the girl didn't care what a waste of money and time. I'm never coming back to this location. Worst service and poorly rolled pitas this is unacceptable.

It’s an actual shame that as one of the few “healthy” takeout places in the area that the service quality is this terrible. Having a personal phone call on your AirPods while working is seriously not ok. Alongside the inappropriate workplace etiquette, the customer service here is beyond horrible my pita was severely falling apart. Won’t be returning I thoroughly won’t look forward to the copy paste response that every bad AND good review gets. Pathetic.

I visit this restaurant from time to time because there aren't many healthy takeout choices in our town. However, the customer service has made me consider not returning. The staff often come across as unfriendly and detached. During my last visit, the employee who took my order was on a personal call through her AirPods, which I found to be quite odd and unprofessional.

$13 For a falafel wrap that was poorly made with no passion or care whatsoever. Falafels were not cooked properly, and wrap was not wrapped up very tightly or properly and completely fell apart leaving a big mess all over my table and floor. I wish this location was better but they do a poor job putting the pitas together. Sauce all to one side, and too much of it usually. The bread will often be ready to fall apart and often my pita will already have a hole or two in it as soon as I unwrap it. Combine that with the excessive sauce and it is a real mess to eat.

Always great service here. You cant go wrong.Vegetarian options: Three vegatarian options which surprised me. I wish they had more options.

Great place, but they had no Taziki sauce. That is a staple for a pita. Need to have a backup solution.

The food is always excellent, and the online ordering process is a big time-saver!
