let me begin by establishing the positive. for many years my wife, my friends and I pitch pizzeria and enjoyed many meals and a great service. Today this picture was completely destroyed. we entered pitch west to be welcomed by the hostess, which began by saying we had three options, table 1 had a reservation in 60 minutes, table two. at the top. had a reservation in 90 minutes or we could sit at the bar. to be clear, we arrived at 5:20 hrs for happy hour. we just visited the location west omaha for a relaxing evening meal with a few that we did not see in one because. we are new parents and have found a sitter and had a fantastic night with dinner, drinks and a desert planned in this small local restaurant. unfortunately at an hour and 20 minutes in our evening the hostess came to a request that we either go in 10 minutes or in the bar to continue our evening. they said you should have said that you only have 90 minutes. well, one we were not or we would never have spent our money in this facility and two, most places would be proud that we chose their facility to continue spending money as long as we...more

appetizers, salads and pizzas are always delicious. Previously the crowds hate, but the last two weeks I left were pleasant. Not sure whether it is the days I left or the crowds are now shared with the new place from the west, but now a much more happy experience.

a hip pizza joint that has great drinks and delicious pizza. a great staff and a beautiful atmosphere that worked out for the waiting period in the almost unexistent waiting area. I ordered the doc pizza and the A-Bros to drink. amazing kombi for a warm night.

Tried Arancini appetizer today. Delicious. Absolutely professional, attentive, cordial, friendly, pleasant staff. One of the absolute best places in Omaha.
