I recently visited this restaurant with my family. We ordered a total of 5 dishes, the food was very good but I was highly disappointed by the service of all the waiters and the manager. Since the time I entered the restaurant to get a table, I was given an annoyed look. Upon ordering my food, I called for the waiter to ask for his suggestions since we are vegetarian and majority of the menu was non vegetarian. The waiter asked me if I was ready to order, and when I asked for his help he was like ‘so you aren’t ready with your order’ he kept making disrespectful comments throughout the service and kept giving looks like why were we dining in their restaurant. We didn’t even order. There was no one to welcome us in the empty restaurant so being very tired with crying kids on a hot day we allowed ourselves to take the menu. The waiter came and started behaving very aggressive. He told us off for taking the card although I apologised and tried to be kind and let myself to joke about us being hungry and with crying kids. He left us then and started to yell to the staff behind the bar things about us. We left. There are other ways to treat your customer even if someone brakes your rules. But apparently you don’t need customers... thank you.
Surprised to see some of these reviews, unless things have improved since or we were lucky with the service on our visit. We stopped here for dinner on our way back to Zurich after a very long day of travelling into Switzerland and doing a full day’s tour of various areas. It was busy due to the National Day but we got a table and our waiter was very friendly and service was efficient. The 3 of us all had pasta dishes and found them all very appetising with no complaints!
I am here and have ordered food and they are all soo damn rude and aggressive . And 70% of Swiss people behave like this Indians Go somewhere else let there economy die !!!

I came here to celebrate the New Year I feel like the staff are friendly and take care of me. I ordered pizza and french fries.
Food is great but bad service experience with no manner old male staff . I would not visit this restaurant again.
Great location and outdoor seating. Great pizza and pasta dishes. Starts with bread and spicy olive oil.
