Probably the best pizza in town, brick oven, but like most pizza places in France, Swiss cheese is used instead of mozzarella, on most pies. I was planning on eating there three times, but after being treated VERY rudely the first two visits, I couldn't go back again. I tried to use some French when ordering, the chef told me rudely in English, that she doesn't speak English. I thought maybe she was just having a bad night, so I went back, she was rude again when placing my order. While I was waiting for my pie the second night, I observed her being friendly with everyone else, but me. Don't expect a smile or a welcome. These pizzas reflect the people that serve you - no desire to interact positively with the customer (or the taste buds), and the fare just about acceptable, with as little topping as you can get away with. The manager even said she doesn't have time to be nice to people. If you're hungry and don't care about having a stereotypically bad French customer service experience, go for it. If not, go for a moules frites around the corner. Thoroughly disappointing experience, and worst service I've had in a long time.
We ate pizza here a couple of times during our trip to Collioure. There is an extensive list of different combinations available, and each one we tried was delicious. The pizzas are perfectly thin and crisp with a nice thin layer of oily goodness on top. We always visited later in the evening, closer to closing, so the wait was not more than 15 minutes.
We stayed in Collioure for about 10 days last fall and had a great time. We brought these pizzas home to our vacation apartment on the last night to celebrate with friends. They were delicious! I particularly like the Tartiflette Pizza.

I was surprised by the number of people in front of the pizzeria, so I stopped there. The pizza was very good unfortunately the customer relationship leaves to be desired. I found a piece of pretty substantial egg shells...
We took an excellent Catalan pizza and a campagnard that was cruelly lacking onion but we enjoyed it anyway; about 12€ pizza and 2.50 beer in box In short, we'll make pizzas not for the kindness of the boss.
Pizzas are always so delicious. I come back to El Cantó every time I pass to Collioure. For me the best fine and cooked pizza with wood fire with fresh ingredients that I know. Next year!
Tasteless pizza served with burned crust, there is not much to add. As for the service, I had not seen such a terrible attitude towards costumers that are ordering for their pizzas.

Lovely pizzas, proper wood oven not like some of the takeaways. A long wait but worth it! The Reblochon was unusual but my wife loved it
Delicious thin crust pizzas with just the right amount of topping. Great for a spontaneous "picnic". You won't be disappointed.
