Took 50 minutes to deliver while they’re only 5 minutes away from my house. After waiting that long however, they forgot a 2L Brisk that I got as well. The delivery guy said he was sorry would go get it and come back… long Story short it took him 30 minutes to come back and instead of the 2L he got me a 20oz bottle that is also pretty warm. Safe to say I’ll never be eating here again.
This place has great food, but they got to do something about the person who takes orders. She speaks too fast and she gets an attitude when you try to tell her you don’t understand. That kind of customer service doesn't make me want to order here. The guys who make the food and who give you your food are awesome and friendly. I would hate this bad customer service to bring them down.
I'm usually not one to give negative reviews to local restaurants, but my wife and I had a disappointing experience when we ordered spaghetti for dinner. The pasta arrived cut into small pieces, which I've never encountered before. It felt as if someone had already eaten part of our meal. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place.
I have to say that I have never been disappointed with their food. I always get a chicken cheese steak no cheese and the subs are delicious. I've been ordering food from here for years, but the delivery time has gone way down hill. It's okay to take an hour sometimes but not all the time. Will have to stop patronizing this place unfortunately.
The server spoke too quickly and didn't give us a chance to understand anything. They need someone who can speak clear English and at a more manageable pace, instead of talking over us!
Not even exaggerating but This place has never let me down! Food is always good, always hot, and great customer service. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for takeout.
