Was a big fan of pizza capes when first opened their doors. tried several of the gourmet pizzas and could not fault them. always seems to be made with care and detail. but of late seems like they have taken up the mantle to out do Dominoes and Pizza hut with only the cardboard box identifying where I bought the pizza. For over double the price of a pizza to what I would have paid for at the other two franchisees, its either go back to them, or give up the weekly pizza. I decided to try Pizza Capers for the first time and was shocked to find out I had to wait an hour and a half for my pizza to arrive. I placed my order at 6:50 PM, selecting the delivery option, but it didn't arrive until 8:30 PM. I refused to accept the delivery and sent the pizzas back, informing them that I wouldn't be paying for them. This was my first experience, and I can guarantee it will also be my last.
I ordered four pizzas, and they took 10 minutes longer to be ready than the time we had agreed upon. Unfortunately, I didn’t check them before leaving the shop, and I regretted it! All four pizzas were overcooked; the cheese was hard and brown, and the crust had burnt spots. I used to enjoy Pizza Capers and was willing to pay a little more for their food, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.
This is the store that I first encounter Pizza Capers' products. The impressions are quality, quality and quality. At least, I could really taste the seafood such as barramundi, prawns, mussels and scallops. Nothing like the tiny small pieces from seafood marinara on the pizza of other chain store. I love the pasta as well, which is done tasteful and again with quality ingredients.

We pay for what is worth goodness me .. Your Sphagetti bolognese taste like a recycled food ! I have to throw it away ! Never again the quality of your food is down the drain...
I went to order a pizza, and the lady working at 7:30 PM was very rude. As a result, I decided not to order anything and will never try Pizza Capers again.
I encountered a staff member who spoke very rudely at 7:30 PM. The level of professionalism was quite lacking.
Small pizzas with not much really on them. What they lacked in quantity was not made up for in quality.

Great pizza I can not campaign whit domino or pizza Hut. Pizza capers is the best.
