I almost hesitated to write this review because I wanted to keep this place my little secret, but I just can't help it. This is hands down the best pizza I've ever had! The crust is incredibly thin and perfectly crispy. The sauce isn't overly salty like at some other places, and there's just the right amount of cheese – although I’m sure you could request more if you prefer. I only eat pizza when it's made with a whole wheat crust, so I was pleased to find that Pizza House Pizza Chef offers this option. Each pizza is made fresh to order, and you can watch the entire process if that's something that interests you. The crust was thin and the sauce had a great flavor. As a vegetarian, I noticed they had limited toppings, but it was enough to create a delicious pizza. The seating area was small and not air-conditioned, which worked out well for us since it wasn't a hot day and they kept the door open. With our 20-month-old toddler, the casual atmosphere of the place was just right.
I enjoyed a delicious thin crust pizza that was expertly made. The staff really paid attention to my detailed instructions. My favorite is the plain thin crust with a sesame crust, which has a perfect balance of sauce to cheese. I have lived in the area for over 20 years, and never knew this place was here... but I am glad I found it. Some of the best Pizza in NJ nice crust, not soggy and not overcooked. Great white pies and more traditional. The place is not fancy, but the staff are friendly, the service personal, and the pies are great. I'll be keeping them on my phone for takeout!
