I will NEVER spend any of my money at this location again!!! I placed an order for delivery, and when my order came the driver told me that they only prepared half of my order cause the other half of the order wasn't showing in their system properly. And instead of calling me to get the order situated before they sent it out, they still sent it out for delivery knowing it was wrong!!! Then I call up there to get an explanation, they put me on hold for about 10 minutes then take me off hold and sit the phone the counter for another 5-10 minutes and not talk to me at all. I visited this restaurant yesterday on 5/20/22 and had a disappointing experience. When I arrived, I had to wait for over an hour and then they were unable to find my order. They eventually located it in the warmer, but the pizza was extremely bland with very little cheese. I was truly disappointed with the taste and quality of the pizza. The service was chaotic, with the pizza maker and cashier seeming unsure of their roles. The girl handling the boxes tried her best, but seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle the workload alone. The management of this restaurant definitely needs to be reevaluated.

Deserves 0 stars, i order a pizza thru pizza hut somehow doordash got my order. And while tracking my order it only got further and further away so after 30 i called store for them to cancel the order. The store manager was very rude, over talked me said they wouldnt cancel, hung up on me twice. When i asked for corporate she advised they were privately own when asked for owner she blurted an email fast so i couldnt get it. When i asked her name she refused and said they know who she is. Honestly properly the worst customer experience ive ever had.

I placed an order from this restaurant on a Saturday around 3 o'clock for delivery at 5pm. However, I received a notification from the restaurant at 4:30pm that my order was out for delivery. By 5:45pm, my order still had not arrived so I called the restaurant. After waiting almost 20 minutes on the phone, I was informed that my order was mistakenly sent to DoorDash and then later corrected that it was still at the restaurant waiting for a delivery driver. Whoever took this pizza out the oven and placed in the box should be ashamed of themselves. Privately owned doesn't mean serve pizza of low quality. Pizza was hard and burned. You could tap it on the table and nothing fell off it was that bad. I called the manager answered asked for my phone number put me on hold had me listen to a automated message about how good the pizza would be 3x and then hung up on me. If I could have gave 0 stars I would have. Order if you feel like getting played for your hard earned money PERIOD.

This place should not be allowed in Shaker Heights. The manager was rude to me when I asked for a remake of my pizza and still received the old one. She said "it is what it is"... unacceptable! If they truly value customer feedback, they need to address this behavior. How can companies allow such poor service without taking action? It is clearly a major issue. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and urging companies to improve the service at this establishment.

This location sucks. I place an order took my money and told me there was no order placed. How when I am looking at my bank and the funds was taken. Single parent works two job and the last of the money I had to feed my kids til I get paid tomorrow. But did you think they help no. They was rude but 4 different people on the phone and still no food. Shame on you shaker Pizza Hut. What would you do if this happen to you or your family.

I ordered the tastemaster with extra pepperoni and cheese bread. My pizza was dry and my cheese bread was over cooked and they didnt cut it. Im home sick so i went to this one because its closer. Bad decision. It seems the only decent pizza hut is on 79th, next time i will drive over there. Reserva una mesa ahora

My food was just left outside my door. The driver never called and completely disregarded my delivery note I left when I placed my order online. Had it been snow or raining my order would have been ruined!!

I have never received my order, tried to call the restaurant and was taken into operation for over 6 minutes and then suspended.
