10/13/2023 review: I ordered online and when I arrived a young lady looked at me and walked to the back and sat in a chair on her phone. I stood there waiting for over 10 minutes before the shift supervisor came from the back to assist. The young man who was looking at me never acknowledged me either. From that I should've known the food was going to be horrible as usual. The apple pie dessert was one big ball. The pizza only had sauce in the middle, it didn't go to the edge and the pizza crust was hard and dry. I ordered the Big Dinner Box and the apple pie dessert. It was a waste of $36 plus I gave a tip. They definitely didn't deserve that tip. I have pictures of all this. The location in Crestwood has gotten worse over the years. The only reason I went there was because my granddaughters really wanted Pizza Hut and against everything, I went anyway knowing it was going to be a horrible experience. That's exactly what it was, a horrible experience as usual. This is the last time I will go to Pizza Hut. You have failed to make any changes even though you receive complaints about the same issue from multiple people. Your staff is very lazy and don't care. They are only there for a paycheck and nothing more. Customer service in Crestwood is HORRIBLE and NONEXISTENT 7/2022 review: The sauce was barely there on the carnivore pizza. There was cheese on the pizza but not enough to taste. Even though we arrived to pick up the pizza at the time specified the pizza was not hot. It was barely warm and the only reason I didn't make an issue was because I have a foot injury and wearing a leg boot. I wasn't in the mood to go back and ask for a manager while standing on an injured foot. The app stated the order would be ready in 15 minutes. It took me exactly 15 minutes to get there and the food wasn't hot as it should've been if it was freshly prepared. My granddaughter had a pepperoni lovers stuffed crust pizza and 8 honey bbq bone-in wings combo and I had a personal pan pizza with bacon, green peppers and pepperoni. The items were not hot. This is a constant on going issue with this location and I've noticed will never change.

I usually enjoy going to this location and have ordered from here a plethora of times. All of my encounters with the staff have been enjoyable with the exception of my visit on 11/18. I placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. Upon walking in, there was not anyone up front to greet me (I figured it was due to them being understaffed . I saw my order behind the counter and there was no way to notify the staff member in the back, except by raising my voice to get their attention. I kid you not that I was inside of that location about 5 minutes or so just screaming “Excuse me” for the persons attention (did they have in headphones?? . I then called the restaurant to which the staff member IGNORED the phone?? I then yelled once more because I was at my wits end and just wanted my food. Then out walked a taller woman (lighter skin and dark straight hair with no form of remorse after telling her that I’d been trying to get her attention for the past 5 minutes or so. This is something that needs to be fixed. As a paying customer, I just want my food. There is no reason for me to not have access to something that I have paid for. Furthermore, if you are severely understaffed with one person working, why have the door unlocked if you can’t be upfront? Not only is it an inconvenience on my part, but it’s a major safety concern for staff members that work there? The icing on the cake was when she mumbled “have a nice day” as if I was annoying her. Yeah…I was having a nice day until I had to deal with all of THAT.

Crestwood Pizza Hut gives the brand a bad name. The pizza delivery was Cold, hard as a rock, tasted like cardboard !! Not fit to be eaten, what a waste of . NEVER again. Take heed folks.
