The pizza was good, but was overshadowed by poor customer service. I placed a curbside pickup order on the website at 5:11 for 7:00. The app left out an item from my order, and when I finally received my food at 7:15, I asked the server if I had ordered wings as well, to which he confirmed. I always ensure order accuracy as I have a long drive home, and it's a good thing I did because I only received the pizza. I live 30 minutes away, and my significant other would have been upset if the second order was meant for lunch the next day. A restaurant can have great food, but if the customer service is lacking, it can truly impact the overall experience.
I understand it is difficult to operate with very few workers but my order was changed from delivery to carryout due to lack of delivery driver with no notification of such a chage anytime beforehand, when the store was contacted no manager could find the order, then corporate was called and they hung up without tending to me. It was a run around and then upon entering the store the associate could not locate my pizza, that which was in the oven no less. It took over and hour to get the pizza and I was highly disappointed in the customer service and the communication between all parties involved.

Order was stated to be delivered in 30 min. contacted store and they stated driver would be at my location in 2 to 3 minutes. 20 minutes went by and tried to call the store multiple times. no answer or just a disconnect. took another 10 minutes of calling and got in touch with someone. took an hour to get the order and the pizza was not at all edible. it was raw on some parts and had a weird taste on others.
We came here for lunch. The atmosphere didn't quite live up to the nostalgic memories of Pizza Hut. We were not given menus and had to order at the counter. You also had to get your own drink from a cooler. The food came quickly and the portions seemed smaller than we remembered. It was okay, but not amazing.
Ordered pizza to Marywood and the order was prepared super fast like within 10 mins for 2 pizzas and breadsticks. Then the delivery took like another 10 mins. Much faster then ordering Doordash and will definitely be doing more orders from them. Reserva una mesa ahora
