Pizza Hut - Reserva de mesa

I've been to this Pizza Hut many times. They are relatively consistent in their service, quality of food, and overall business to their customers. I don't recall them ever being extremely late on getting my order to me. It is almost right on with the estimated time of completion.Yesterday night they accidentally gave me the wrong pizza. However, the pizza tasted great it just wasn't what I ordered. For what the pizza was made for the taste was on point, there weren't too many toppings, it was hot, it was great but it wasnt what I ordered. Now I know it's been 5+yrs since we've been here. Workers complaining in the back about all the people out front waiting. Their computer systems are jacked up when ordering through their online app. They tell you (over the phone) pickup in 15min, yet you wait an hour after getting there. Doordash and the likes have top priority. Sad

I paid for a pepperoni, bacon and extra sauce on the pizza. I got very little pepperoni and no bacon, and no extra sauce. Pizza is very dry since it is a thin crust, which is why I requested extra sauce on the pizza. Sad because Pizza Hut used to be so dependable in quality.

Order was wrong and I didn't take it back nor call on it, Everything was correct except my pizza, Order a Chicken Parmesan Garlic Pizza and got Sausage on it, gave to the neighbors, They enjoyed it,I really like the Garlic Bread!!! Reserva una mesa ahora

One order every 15 minutes doesn’t seem like a real efficient way to do business. May as well close the doors. I’m an oversize vehicle with a trailer so no lobby, no sale.
