Pizza Hut - Reserva de mesa

Did my order online with an estimated time for my food to be ready was 15 minutes. My family and I ordered just two large pepperoni pizzas from a promotion Pizza Hut was running as an LTO (Limited time offer). Showed up around 20-25 minutes after putting in order. Although the manger-on-duty was charismatic and a pleasure talking to, my food still wasn't ready. 10 more minutes go by... still not ready. The business seemed moderately slow being around 10pm on a Tuesday night. I get our order and head home with our hot food. Only to find out that it was made incorrectly. I was very disappointed in my service this evening. A call was made at 8:10 took over an hour to deliver and a miserable situation and horrible customer service. I wish I could leave a 0 star rating or negative star rating because because what I was told was an absolute lie and this order was a waste of my valuable time. I did not appreciate after all the trouble that there was not even a sincere apology or anything that they could do for us. I highly recommend not going to this Pizza Hut ever again because of the service I experienced this evening along with being disconnected on phone calls and a long line of following disappoints.

I don't care what anyone says Pizza Hut has some of the best pizzas, and if I'm being honest, they definitely have my favorite wings around where I live. My family and I stopped in for lunch and shared pizza, wings, and breadsticks on a Saturday afternoon, and our server was great. His name was Issac, and he was attentive without being annoying and very nice. We were served quickly, and the price was actually decent considering all we had. All in all, I was happy with my experience here. I mean, they even serve beer. You can't beat that!

I ordered 2 pizzas today. One of my pizzas were completely different from anything I ordered. My Wife is allergic to tomatoes and I ordered her a pizza with garlic parmesan sauce, chicken, bacon, mushrooms, and olives. It came with regular tomato sauce, chicken, mushroom, and chunks or tomatoes on it. I called to let them know and they refused to help me at all. Reserva una mesa ahora

I frequently this Pizza Hut and I always enjoy the food. In addition Isaac is a great staff member and very helpful. Made it a good experience.

Barely any body to find to ask about your order that was supposed to be done before I arrived. Waiting times are horrible.
