I wrote a review about this establishment a few years ago talking about how awful the service was. I've returned to adjust my initial assessment. I updated my 1 star rating to a 5 star, because they have gotten much better. I do food delivery through Door Dash, and when I deliver for them everything is in proper order. They even gifted me with a pizza delivery bag, which helps me provide customers with hot delicious pizza. I never received my food yet they have the audacity sending me a survey asking how the food tasted, was presented, etc. I waited almost an hour before finally calling to see what was taking so long. I called over 15 times and they answered twice: once with a partial explanation (they had arrived with the food but I apparently didn't answer the phone and once I was immediately put on hold indefinitely.I set it up for contactless delivery. It had said that the food was on the way for over almost two hours in the app. Why not just cancel it then? terrible customer service. an order here yesterday evening in the Homewood site online. lisa accused me of my food and delivery. then called me 35 minutes later when they didn't make any more deliveries that they had made with doordash for the night. but they think the tracker said my food was on the way. then she said she was new, and then she claimed to be the manager when I said, give me the number of companies. she had kept me in 10 minutes to say she didn't know. I'll never give you a command in the future. very terrible type of service. they lose a good customer because their coworker lisa had a problem to do their job. terrible service. 1 star is for nothing, just like yesterday.

the prizes here are ridiculous! I've given a fee for a 12 in. pizza 12 once pizzeria jumped up the price to 18$ was paid in person prices can change! I did not buy pizza because of the absurd price increase, nor will I go back to this place! Not to mention the price for the small personal size pizza!
I would like to talk to a company manager and submit a complaint for the kind and wise how I was treated and I did not near the place where I want a refund and my haunt was cold and I was charged for diving sauce and I bought wing and pizza what a waste
Online order was easy,delivery was made during timeframe, driver was friendly she greeted me with a big smile and most importantly pizza/wings was delicious and prepared just like I ordered it I appreciate that thanks staff.
This location is terrible. Was told 30 minutes, never received the order. They also turned the phones off at 6 pm on a Wednesday.

Put my order in through the app and it went through without a problem. Picked it up 45 minutes later and it was ready, no issues.
