I have to say, this is the slowest restaurant I've ever experienced. I ordered online and was told the wait time would be 15 minutes. To give myself a little extra time, I left my house 18 minutes after placing the order. I even made a quick stop at a store before heading to pick up the food. By the time I arrived, over 25 minutes had passed. The young woman at the front told me my food would be ready in 5 minutes. However, 17 minutes later, I had to ask for a refund. When I did, she asked if I was sure—of course, I was sure! If you're planning to eat here at the Pizza Hut in Artesia, NM, make sure you’re not hungry, as you might be waiting well over 30 minutes. WORST REATURANT EVER!!! THEY PUT COCKEROACH IN MY PIZZA!!!! THEY SAID NO RE FUNDS!!! THEY PUT A FLY IN MY SODA!!! AND I DRANK IT AND THE PIZZA LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE SPIT ON IT!! DONT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM HERE!! OTHE)R PIZZA HUTS ARE BETTTERRR!!!! AND I FOUND SOMEONE SPITTING ON MY PIZZA WHILE I DRANK MY PEPSI!! YOU GUYS BETTER FIX THISS!!
In town for a sporting event. Came in with hungry kids. Had to wait to be seated by an employee that obviously could have cared less. Then sat waiting to order, after no one came to the table after 10 minutes we left. Certainly disappointing.
I'm very biased when it comes to these details. My family works there, and they're all amazing people. This was an amazing experience. And I will be lucky to see the day that I get to come back.

The food was subpar and the service was inadequate. The manager seemed overwhelmed, even asking the cook to handle our checkout, despite there only being two customers in the restaurant!
Mathis tx Pizza Hut my home town doesn’t touch this place by far not even on the same level. Great looking and tasty food .. amazing job
The pizza was good, but not great. Same with the service. We dined in, and they are very much oriented towards takeout and delivery.
Pizza wasn't cooked all the way and all the toppings slid to one side of the pizza
