The breadsticks were a pale color, and it seemed like they had some sort of dessert topping on them, which was unappealing. The pizza was served hot, but the crust was also white. I've never encountered a Pizza Hut that didn't have a golden crust before. Perhaps this is a new approach, but I found the breadsticks inedible.

I received the wrong pizza. When I called our local Pizza Hut to tell them that the order was incorrect, I was connected to someone that did not work at our local Pizza Hut. I was put on hold and never transferred to our local Pizza Hut. Went back the local Pizza Hut and had to wait for them to cook another pizza.

I arrived on time..controlled pizza, my pizza was or was turned down on the side. toppings and cheese hang on the top of the box. had to wait over 20 minutes until they make another pizza. that brought my other foods to get cold. never again. Reserva una mesa ahora

I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line before someone came into the window and even then I had to call in the load, only come into the window for them and take my money.

My stuff crust pizza did not taste good and the cheese in stuff crust was still hard it barely was melted.
