Well how things have changed Pizza Hut We booked a table for 17:30 but arrived early, no no issue and assigned to table 46 Card only through the app, little or no interaction with staff, then little or no salad at the £6:95 salad bar. Our pizza arrived with the starter shortly after a chocolate brownie and ice cream. There’s obviously cost savings made with the self serve method but the customer service has vanished. I was left wondering were the second desert was so required to get up and ask at the bar area. Tables left unattended and used plates still on tables for all 3 courses Save your money and find another establishment to spend your money and time
I had a delightful experience at the restaurant, and the staff stood out as exceptionally friendly. The highlight was definitely the team; one staff member was particularly cheerful and generously treated us to a complimentary dessert because the kitchen had prepared extra that would have otherwise gone to waste. We were drawn to Pizza Hut by the enticing all-you-can-eat salad bar, and I must admit that we indulged in plenty of salad before our main course arrived. While the selection of meal options was satisfactory, it could have benefited from a bit more variety, particularly when it comes to the pasta dishes.
The pizza we ordered was missing a topping, so they remade it for us. Although our sides had already been served, the staff member ensured we received fresh sides to accompany the new pizza once it was ready. Mistakes can occur during busy times, but the way this situation was handled was impeccable, and we would certainly return to this Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, we didn't catch the name of the staff member (who was a manager on duty), but she did an excellent job.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My son and partner both got sick after eating there, and it seemed like the staff didn't care. The place was severely understaffed; at one point, the manager was in the kitchen cooking while tables around us were left in disarray. People were asking about their food because it was taking so long. I definitely will not be returning.
