I had a terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. I placed an online order for six wings and tasconi pasta, but when the order arrived, I received six wings and a pizza instead. I called three times to sort it out, but all I got was put on hold. Each time, a girl kept coming to the phone to tell me that the manager was on the way, but that never happened. I'm definitely reporting this to the corporate office because it's frustrating how they handled my order, especially since I spent my hard-earned money here. We need to demand better service.
Pizza was burnt and half done at the same time. Crust was doughy but the top was burnt. Didn't have enough toppings and tasted blah. Staff was too busy talking about what they did the day before instead of taking care of the customer. Really badexperience on July 15 2022. Tighten up Pizza Hut. That staff is about to have y'all losing money.
Bad customer service After placing an order and waiting more than an hour they tell you that there is no order in their name. They hang up the call, when you ask the manager they tell you that there is not available. Horrible service

The pizza arrived quickly and was both tasty and fresh. For the first time, my order was carefully prepared without any sauce, which I truly appreciated since I can’t have tomato sauce. Thank you!
The pizza was delicious, bursting with fresh flavors. It arrived hot and included the extra cheese we asked for. I have absolutely no complaints!
This is the only place I eat pizza from now, the staff is always friendly and courteous and right now there is no wait time....
I consistently receive great customer service whenever I visit this restaurant. My kids always enjoy the food as well.

I ordered a Meat Lover's stuffed crust pizza, but it was soggy and the cheese was undercooked and tough.
I love Pizza Hut, but one thing I dislike is how greasy the pizza can be.
