Ordered at 6pm for delivery at 7:30pm. Usually have not had a problem with this hut. 7:30pm came and went. At 7:45pm we started trying to call the store. It took approximately 10 minutes to actually get through to someone, just to be told erm your order must have been missed and we can remake it and send it out now if you want . I then had to ask how long it would be, which i shouldn 't have had to do, to be told it would be another 20-30 minutes. 8:34pm came and someone turned up with an order and a reciept. I am completely disgusted by the service I received tonight at this Pizza Hut location. I ordered 2 large pizzas and a side dish, and after waiting 45 minutes (not the promised 30), I received the wrong order. The delivery driver appeared to be more interested in his phone call than in getting the order right. When we called customer service to rectify the mistake, we were met with a rude employee who suggested that we keep the pizzas, despite us being vegetarians and unable to eat them. This is the worst place to order from! There was no customer service at all. The delivery driver expected me to come down to pick up the order because he said there was no space for him to park, even though there was a loading area right in front of the building. I explained that it was just me and my newborn baby at home and I couldn't come down, but he just left anyway. When I called the restaurant to complain, the guy on the phone started shouting at me and told me not to order from them again. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again.
I placed a large order at this restaurant and paid for a white chocolate and caramel cookie dough, but it was not included in my order. Instead, I received a chocolate chip cookie dough. When I called to explain the situation, the manager accused me of lying and was very rude and dismissive. She refused to listen to my concerns and responded with indifference when I mentioned that I would not be returning. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

Absolutely disgraceful staff. We ordered some pizzas and free 45 minutes rung the shop as the order hadn't arrived. The staff said they tried to call on a number that wasn't even ours and took the pizza back to the shop. They said they would deliver them again cold and wouldn't refund us. Terrible treatment as we order every week. Going to take this further to get our money back? Ride rude people!
Ordered a pizza waited over an hour for it to be delivered. Opted to pay by cash, when delivery driver arrived i required £2 change however he just smirked as he said I have no change Telephoned the shop to complain, was told that i would have the £2 returned to me however this hasn 't happened. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!
We ordered pizza for delivery, they took payment and then refused to deliver! When we spoke to the delivery driver he expected us to walk 5 minutes down the street to collect our food and when we rang the branch manager he had no customer service skills and shout at me over the phone. Never ordering again.
The staff were abusive down the phone when my online order got messed up. We’re not willing to help in anyway and just kept shouting we cannot give a refund when that was not what I requested. Will never order from them again!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Food was great, bit slow service but well worth the wait!!! The drivers are trying their best to get the food out as quickly as possible. The management should focus on getting people who are more in control of their customers.
There is no social distancing in the kitchen. Everyone walks around like there is no Covid. There are 4 people within the space of 2mx1m space.
