Unbelievable! Just a few days I placed a order online and called the store requested napkins and got 0 of them. Today I placed a order for the same thing and the driver manager he said didn't follow instructions as requested leave at door Iwork in a retirement home. I can't leave the gates unlocked because we have people with dementia here and they will walk out andbe in danger. So I called the store and they did try to help so I can get my pizza redelivered but the manager went ahead andcanceled it. Awful service and unprofessional staff. This is the worst place to order pizza from. They completely disregard your instructions, making the situation even more frustrating. They refuse to remake your pizza or address any issues, responding rudely and laughing when you express your dissatisfaction. The management is a joke, the service is terrible, and the food is absolutely disgusting!

I am quite disappointed with Pizza Hut. How is it that my subtotal comes to $51, but after adding on all these unnecessary fees, the total jumps to $68? Why are you charging a service fee? It seems like the profit from pizza should be sufficient. I encourage everyone to support local mom-and-pop shops whenever possible. These big chains don't deserve your hard-earned money.
