The Pizza Hut on Queens Boulevard (Rego Park) is awful! The manager barely speaks English, claimed that my order wasn 't delivered, because my phone number was incorrect. I go on their website, go to My Profile and check my number. Yep, there itwas, correct as I thought. If the manager had verified my number, all would have been good . But he tried to make it like it mymistake. Then when I suggested that he re-make my order and deliver it correctly, he said, no, I won 't do that. I 'll refundyour credit card. So I guess the American saying, the customer is always right, is dead at Pizza Hut. Well, that 's OK, I 'lltake my business to Domino 's!!!! I want to give ZERO stars!!
I generally used to love pizza hut. It was my favorite pizza franchise until I experienced this restaurant. I've ordered from here 3x and each experience was horrible. My very first time, all of the food was burned. I spoke with the manager and sheapologized and told me that she put credit on my account. When I called back to place an order with the credit, they said thatthey don't see anything. Today I ordered pizza, melt, and cinnamon sticks....the food came half an hour late and was missing themelt. Now they are saying it will take another 30min to redeliver. This will be my last time trying with this pizza hutlocation. I'm highly disappointed.
If you?re looking to be hired there, fine. But from my dad?s experience, they will make him work more than what he can handle. So he denies any additional task. But denying to mop the place was those people?s last straw. He?s unable to work at this place.Unbelievable, yea sure ?pizza? those people put way too much sauce than before the last time I remember going there! This placehas caused nothing but pain to my father and knowing that he has another job early in the morning, makes me worried about himand furious that these people give no care to how this affects my father!
We haven't had pizza hut in awhile, and decided to order on the app and pick it up. It is a 15 minute drive from my house. We live across the street from a dominos pizza, but I'm sorry it's gross! Picked up the pizza, and it was nice and hot, and when wegot home everyone said it was really good and I agree. We got the pan pizza with pepperoni and chicken and it was really good. I would def order from them again, and I would recommend.

This is the worst Pizza Hut in queens!! Placed an order for buffalo wings with the buffalo sauce on it well done and what I received was some disgusting not properly cooked wings without any sauce on them. I placed the order in person to make sure the wings were done correctly and still received the trashy wings
The staff was very polite. When one employee informed me that they were out of crust seasoning, another one went to the back and managed to find some. I was then given a large cup of it at no charge. I was told that there wouldn’t be any seasoning available this time, but I really appreciated their effort!
6" Personal Pan Pizza was horrible, burnt cheese and 1 of each vegetable and meat that I paid for on each slice, Cheese Sticks were entire burnt also no cheese whatsoever, only decent item was the Cinnabon Mini Rolls , for the wait time, price and the food quality, its definitely not worth it!
I got the Big New Yorker. The description was a bit confusing for me. I thought it came with pepperoni as a default topping based on the description and photo. The 16" cheese pizza and the melt arrived hot. Next time Ill know that toppings are extra

I placed a phone order for some cinnamon sticks with icing, and it was ready in just 10 minutes. The service was quick, and the staff were polite.
Very convenient place to get your pizza. Only 12 minutes to be ready freshly made from the oven. I recommend them Elias Dry Ice Corp ????
