This is an amazing pizza hut . They treat customers like they should. The lady that helped out with my order was exalent. She goes by V, I believe. And I had an order issue online, and I called and told them what was going on, and when I got there, V was saying sorry the minute I walked in. I told her that the internet was not something she. An control. Just because it was having issues, probably being hacked, but she fixed very Thing and went above and beyond. And the food was really good. She does need to be rewarded for being exactly how an employee is supposed to be. Thank you V for all you did.
I relocated here a couple of months ago and have ordered from this Pizza Hut several times. In the past, I've experienced overly salty pizzas at other locations, but the pizza from this one has been quite good. However, when I went in to pick up my order, I noticed that about four employees were engaged in casual conversation among themselves and didn’t acknowledge me. Eventually, I was helped by an employee who was clearly busy preparing food. He was tall with curly black hair and some facial hair, though I couldn’t see any nametags.
Another fantastic 5-star experience! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant is spotless. The food is delicious. While it may not be gourmet pizza, I personally prefer it this way, and it certainly delivers. And the wings are absolutely the best I've ever had—other places often serve them too fatty or too dry. Plus, the honey BBQ sauce is delicious. I usually reserve 5 stars for truly exceptional and memorable meals, but I really enjoy the pizza and wings here, and they’re definitely among my favorites.
I placed a phone order and was initially connected to the call center, which wasn't a great experience. However, when I was transferred to the manager at Edgewood, everything changed for the better. As a somewhat frustrated customer, I felt listened to and truly taken care of. Thank you!

Price is high, but this is normal now. Would appreciate more amount of pieces on the pizza. I ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza. Was difficult to locate mushrooms and the amount of sausage was inadequate.
My order is always ready. I arrive let them know I am there and within a few short minutes, they bring my order to my car. Very easy. I love it!
New York pizza had no flavor, and boneless wings were disgusting. Threw half of both in the garbage. Very sad.
The service was outstanding! The food was prepared exactly how I requested and was delicious.
