This Pizza Hut location stinks. They don't care about how they make the food and their service is poor and slow. This is the closer site to my home but I usually order from the location further away from me because of how bad this site is. I thought maybe they had changed so gave them a try yesterday for the first time in 4 years, but they are still bad! Never again!
BRING BACK MAURICE! Great customer service (except Tatiana... unfortunately it is cold 'n phone) plus this place actually has TABELLES CHAIRS to enjoy your meal in MIT air conditioning. The staff is very friendly and accommodating (except Tatiana). Good pizza for boating? Can't say it loud enough BRING BACK MAURICE HE is excellent and polite!
BAD PIZZA PLACE The workers there are rude and never doing their work I passed by and I seen some workers smoking in the back it is very bad smoking on the job, I would never buy from this Pizza Hut ever again, if I could rate it a 0 I would! please do a inspection Pizza Hut youre better than this.
Wife has always picked up our order so I did not realize that we have been paying a service charge all this time. Service charge? For doing business in California? Just raise the effing listed price. The manager said the bathroom is not able to be used by customers, but they offer dine in. The workers don't wear gloves when they make your pizza! They took my worder, cash and then went straight to the food. Not clean!!!I got my money back! The woman manager was rude.
The customer service was terrible. The staff were unwilling to take my order just because I mentioned I had EBT. What if I wanted to pay by card instead? I simply asked if they accepted EBT, and they were rude about it.
This place consistently offers excellent service and serves up hot pizzas just as I ordered. However, they don’t serve cheese!
