Pizza Hut - Reserva de mesa

I ordered pizza twice for delivery, both times delivery was an hour over estimated delivery time, totaling almost 2 hours. When I called to complain ask what was going on I got attitude and told they don't know what estimated time I was given and they don't go by it. Well I'm sorry they can't see that, why is it even there? And 2 hours still isn't acceptable.

Have been to this place a few times to eat in. In the summer there was no air conditioning in the restaurant and it was short staffed. So we went this winter and there was no heat and again one person working the floor, taking orders and cooking. I can live with that, but the last time we were there the meat on my sons pizza was rotten. Will not go back

Out of most items and very poor service. The sign indicated to wait to be seated. No one came for 5 minutes, so I sat myself. After about 10 minutes a waitress showed up and asked "Who sat you"? I told her I did to which said "I would have told you we don't have any food". I had a beer and left.

We have had many great dinners at this location. Then the last time we went they had nre wait staff. Slow and confused would describe the evening. Next time we go,we will be checking to make sure the familiar lady is working the dinning room.Food was good when we finally were served. Reserva una mesa ahora

We waited 30 minutes for our pizza. The tea was not hot and I had finished my first cup before I received the creamer that I asked for. The pizza was very good.

I was impressed with the homestyle crust. It was not oily like the regular crust. The food was very good and I am glad we chose it for a stop on the way north.

I love Pizza Hut In Toronto, where I live, unfortunately it's pretty common that the pizza is always under cooked.
