I forgot about my trip here...wish I hadn't remembered. Placed an online order an hour ahead of pickup time. 15 minutes before I was to pick up the order, received a voicemail saying that one kind of pizza wasn't available. 1. Why would the order succeed if one item wasn't available at that location?2. Why wait until 15 minutes before the order was to be ready to notify the customer? If certain menu options aren't available at some locations, then orders should be checked when they are placed, not when they're about to be made.If it's a problem with a central ordering system, then get it fixed, or don't use it.I received the voicemail while in the car so I wasn't able to check it until I arr...

I ordered pizza yesterday to my apartment... I used the online ordering system and provided details for the driver, as I live in an apartment building. I provided my building number, unit number, buzz code ect.I received a phone call about 30 minutes after placing my order, stating that the location did not have salad. Fine - at least they let me know in advance. The real issue was with the delivery service driver. I got a call from him when he arrived at my building. He was yelling (not kidding - yelling) into the phone saying that my buzzer was not working (FYI - had been working earlier in the day, but I guess it's still a possibility). I LOVE Pizza Hut pizza- the pan crust is my favourite and they're always generous with cheese. My only complaint is the price- but if you order online, they often have specials for online only which make it more reasonable.

I don't recommend any of the pasta dishes; they're quite bland and overpriced. Also, the owner had an impatient attitude. Not a great experience.

They are quick and the process a perfect setup for a take out. Order online and just pay and leave. Nice and friendly cashiers.
