Pizza Hut - Reservar una mesa

My daughter and I ordered a pizza for pick up, and when we arrived our pizza was ready but what we experienced was upsetting. Inside the building felt colder than it did outside, we asked if there was heating on and the employee said yes but that it didn't work well, they looked frozen. It looked like they were in the process of renovations, I asked about this and was told that there were no renovations going on. Missing light fixtures, no artwork, no seating and damaged flooring. I feel sympathy for the employees and I'm sorry to say this will be my last time returning.

We called to order a pizza on a Friday night at around 11:40pm (the site I was on said they closed at 2:00am) we ordered our food, and they said it would arrive in about a half hour. An hour goes by, and my buddy calls the main "call center" back, and after 5 minutes on hold, he was informed that this Bowmanville location closed at 12:00am and the workers at this Bowmanville location canceled our order without letting us know...

Called to order and pizza and they said we would have to call the oshawa number. We live in the middle of bowmanville. Told them we could literally walk there. They said they couldn't deliver to us?? Terrible customer service.

I just moved to Bowmanville and I tried googling the Pizza Hut number when I call it says the number is disconnected. A pizza place I can't get a hold of?????????? sounds like it will be tough to make money for that location.

Worst pizza in town. Never see any customers inside. Waste of space. Bring in Taco Bell instead....................................................................
