absolutely terrible and manager jane was very unprofessional. we ordered a pizza that came to us forever. I cried and said to her and told her that the crust was not completely baked, it was smokey and the beats were sparing. also mentioned that the pizza arrived cold! jane, the manager was terrible rude and asked me what she should do. she suggests because the pizza was not before her eyes, she didn't believe me! as if I came out with gas to drive to her and show her the smokey pizza with economic toppings. I can't believe that the owner of this place would make this person responsible for their business. she really needs a job where she can't do anything because her interpersonal skills ar...

Ordered pizza for lunch at 12:00. Pizza was delivered at 1:15pm. No one called to tell me it was going to take forever to get to me. Driver was super sympathetic and apologized but said he had 2 other deliveries with mine and they were all over town. Would have ordered through Skip the Dishes but you don't get any deals through them and if you dont put a big tip they won't deliver or they take forever and their drivers are so rude.The pizza was really good once it got there.

The pizza was awful and when I called to speak to the Manager Jhane Balmas, she blew me off and told me that I should thank her instead of complaining. I was astonished at this person’s lack of managerial skills. Fort St John must be desperate to hire such a rude and obnoxious person.

the pizza was good, but that wasn't great. the timer on my order was about minutes that does not seem so much until they have a window to pick it up, and at the end of the minutes they are late back to work and not yet eaten.

Worst pizza I have ever had from pizza hut. Very few toppings and my boneless wings had the topping just poured into the box on top of them. I will never order from them again.

I Ordered stuffed crust, and they didnt even put it in and it even took 1 hour and 15 mins just for a large pepporoni pizza with stuffed crust...

I'm here twice. the first time there is no delicious food. the second time I asked for tomato sauce, I have a sweet Bbq sauce, it was weird.

Staff was very polite. Food was cooked properly great pizza ,pasta , and Deserts Fast service and very clean
