I don't usually write reviews, but I'm really frustrated with my experience here. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. When we arrived, there was one person working at the front and just one couple in the restaurant. We were told to seat ourselves, which was fine, but instead of bringing us menus and silverware, the staff member yelled, "Don’t you want your menus?" After waiting at least 15 minutes with two hungry young children, no one came to our table. My husband noticed a server sitting on his phone behind the counter; when he saw us, he quickly ran to the back of the restaurant. I’d understand if it were busy, but there was only one couple there, and they weren’t attended to...
The staff and food were fantastic, but the ordering process was incredibly frustrating. When you call to place an order, you have to go through a call center. I tried to take advantage of the Pi Day buy one get one free pizza offer, but the representative told me it wasn't available. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, the guy confirmed that it was indeed available. She also quoted me a price of around $85, but when I went to pay, my bill was $101. The manager (JAYDEN) was definitely rude and did not give good customer service after telling him that we did not place an order over the phone for Cinnabon that we were charged for. Instead of him assisting us he said there is nothing he can do, when we asked for the manager he said I am the manager… we called corporate but was not able to be help since no one answer and would have to go on the web site… Very poor customer service. We were charged extra for nothing for him to pocket the money for himself, the explanation he gave us did not make sense
Today, my friend and I were in the mood for Pizza Hut since it’s been a while. We visited this location, but no one was at the front to take our orders. We waited there for almost 10 minutes and noticed one of the employees in the back preparing dough, with the sleeves of his jacket sticking into it. It was pretty unappetizing. I wouldn’t recommend dining at this location.

Their delivery driver left my pizza outside in the cold and delivered it to the wrong address when I called the driver he was very evasive and wouldn't even tell me where he delivered my pizza and hung up on me after stating he delivered it to the address on the order when I finally found my pizza a few doors down there wasn't even a receipt
If you're a fan of burnt breadsticks and pizzas that are supposed to be pepperoni but come without any pepperoni, then this is the place for you! This is the second time we've tried this location after they let us down the first time with cold pizza at pickup. For 2024, I would recommend ordering from somewhere else.
This please has great customer service. I placed an order for delivery. One of the pizzas was incorrect. They were the ones that caught it and contacted me to give me the option of getting credit or sending the correct order.
I hadn’t visited a Pizza Hut in years, but I decided to give it a try yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised – it’s really quite good! The pizza was delicious, and the staff was excellent. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

Absolutely very slow service! I ordered pizza at the counter and it literally took 25 minutes to get the Pizza. It was a slow day too.
