Being a Buddhist I am a vegetarian. I ordered a veggie sizzler on the 13th February and when it arrived it had chicken all over it which made me feel I'll. Rung the store and told them and they said they would send out a replacement pizza and take the wrong one away but I had lost my appetite due to the chicken and asked for a refund. I had to phone their customer services department to sort this out. Six phone calls and five weeks later and I'm still waiting for my money back. What a total shambles! I will never use Pizza Hut again, Papa John's every time for me from now on. Congratulations Pizza Hut, you can't even get the simplest of things correct. If I could have given you a zero star I...
The customer service at this restaurant is abysmal. Despite the empty place, we had to wait a long time to be seated. The pizza we ordered was cold and they even offered us a wet seat to sit on. The servers seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving us. Overall, we were highly dissatisfied with our experience.
The service at this restaurant is subpar. Despite rarely ordering, my last three orders have all been missing items. I'm not sure if this is due to incompetence or if someone is eating the food before it reaches me. Regardless, I refuse to wait an hour for an incomplete order.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Staff are rude. Pizza is totally disgusting. We complained but were told by the owner to off. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy greasy, over cooked disgusting pizza served to you by rude and unwelcoming staff.

No garlic dip, although space in the boxes for it infact another customer asked about it, and was charged 99p for it) Not a biggie, just surprised no dip. Pizza ok, albeit a little bland tasting. Service friendly.
Lovely lady running the shop. Even after a 10 hour stint. Can't fault the pizza was hot, done as asked and really tasty..
I strongly advise avoiding the Broadstairs branch if you do not want undercooked pizza with incorrect toppings.
Service was good and on time, however the pizza dough was undercooked on our pan pizza. Disappointed.
