I would not even give it 1 star bit I don't have that option. First of all when I call I could hardly hear what he say from all those static noise on the phone. Second the delivery guy was so rude saying me I give the wrong phone number and he had to call many time.....they decide to pit 905 instead of 613, bravo. And for last when I open that pizza box, omg they call that a pizza? Taste alright but look like it was trow inside. Will definitely never order from there and will highly recommend to never order from there, it's a mess.

The staff appeared extremely overwhelmed, and unfortunately, this was evident in the food quality. We placed an online order for pickup and felt uneasy when we entered the restaurant. The floor was cluttered and there was hardly any space to walk without bumping into something. There isn't much to add about the dining experience that hasn't already been mentioned in the numerous 1-star reviews. It was a disappointing experience for a franchise. Next time, I will travel further to find a better location.

I saw the horror stories but I luckily had an excellent experience. The ordering service was easy to use, and had cute graphics to show the status of your pizza. The pizza came even earlier than scheduled. The delivery man was polite and professional. No issues at all.For people saying it’s too greasy, that’s just pizza hut’s formula. They’re known to be extra greasy so just dab it with a napkin or pick a different pizza provider. Personally I don’t mind the extra grease because I know it’s coming.

I've ordered from them twice.The first time I ordered from this location, I asked for extra pizza sauce on my pie and it came with less sauce than any pizza I've had in my life.Thinking it was a one-time thing, I ordered from them again a few months later again asking for extra pizza sauce and had the same experience as before.I am never going back to this location. Would give this place a zero if i could. Pizza is never fully cooked. Lack of customer service is unbelievable. Had 4 occasions where i have placed an online order and then get a call when its time to pick it up where they tell me that they actually closed early and no pizza would be ready. Unbelievable. Puzza Hut Canada needs to take away this franchise.

It is the restaurant owner's responsibility to ensure that the opening times of the establishment are accurate and clearly communicated. While other restaurants updated their status after the storm, this one failed to do so, resulting in a long wait without being able to eat. This lack of communication creates distrust among customers.

Ordered a large pizza and got a medium.. phoned the store which redirected to their call center... was told nothing could be done and to keep phoning the store till they pick up... its the same number as their call center... too shady for me.. would definitely not recommend this location or atleast don't use their delivery service

This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. Their website was down so I had to call to place an order, but I was on the phone for 14 minutes only to speak with a computer-generated voice. My wife was on her way home to get food, so we ended up just having frozen pizza instead. The service was extremely poor. Reserva una mesa ahora

The service makes it better than your average Pizza Hut. Super friendly bunch here, called me to make sure I was on my way to pick my pizza up and kept it nice and hot till my arrival (cause I was late).

terrible pizza, terrible personal. one of the shippers will throw their food to their feet if he doesn't like the tip. the owner clearly does not care to have qualitatiw high quality food and personal.
