Pizza Hut Parry Sound

After an online ordering nightmare, and over half hour of trying to reach the store to make a correction, I drove up and went inside instead. Planned on picking up my order and never going back. With 5 other pizza places in town, why deal with the headache here. I used to work in customer service and honest the service up to this point was outrageous,and upon entering the place was complete chaos, and didn't seem like it was going to be much better service. Hey all, I was up this past weekend and we decided to go into town to get a pizza this story is not about my service in fact but what I saw go on in the store. The guy ahead of me was ordering 4 pizzas and the price was fairly high, the guy serving mention that is the order was changed to a medium size the person ordering would save about 40$ on the order. I was floored at the honesty, the guy ordering was happy as can get and ended up ordering more food. When it was my turn to get my order i brought this up, it turns out the guy working was the person running the place. I forgot the keep my receipt to send this info into head office, so will share here instead. GREAT JOB!!!

I recently visited KFC and noticed that the three other customers there all had issues with the service, accuracy, and timeliness. However, I was in and out in about 5 to 6 minutes, and I had no complaints. I guess timing really does matter. My only issue was with Pizza Hut, which refused to provide any information over the phone about KFC, including their phone number or whether they were open—despite the fact that they are located in the same building!

The staff here is friendly, and the service is reasonably quick. The pizza is absolutely amazing! I have a passion for Pizza Hut, and this location provides the same great quality as all the others. They appeared a bit disorganized during my visit, but I can relate—everyone gets a little messy when they’re busy! Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff here are friendly and helpful, and they even reminded us that we could get a better deal by ordering online. The pizza and wings are fantastic! We will definitely return the next time we pass through Parry Sound and are in search of a late-night dinner!

We stopped there on the way home from Elliot Lake for Lunch, didn't really want McD food, or Hortons'..it was slow service, but the personal size pizza and a coke went down really well...will be back next time...probably in September.

The pizza has always been delicious. However, it seems they are occasionally understaffed, which can lead to slower service for both take-out and dine-in customers. Waiting 45 minutes for a take-out pizza feels a bit excessive.

Fantastic pizza, delicious breadsticks, and tasty wings—everything you could hope for from a pizzeria. It's one of my favorites! While it’s a bit on the expensive side, the quality makes it worth every penny.

I really love Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, in Toronto, where I live, it's quite common for the pizza to be undercooked. However, this location does not have that issue at all!
