Pizza Hut Restaurants Durham

Me and kids visited, more for them, than me. They love being able to serve themselves salad and ice cream!! They got a big boss meal deal for a main, side, salad, ice cream and unlimited drinks, quite a good price. I...wasn’t too hungry so asked if I could have one too. Yes but we’ll charge you more, apparently they think adults will consume loads more ice cream and pop!! Kids ordered chicken chips and the chips are the “best ever”, far better than maccy d’s. The chicken was ok but wasn’t eaten. The other nephew ordered lasagne and although we were warned it was hot, they failed to say it was like an inferno! We’d finidhed our meals by the time it had cooled enough to eat. My pizza was lovel...

we, where quite a big party of us overall, pizza hut have some good meal offers with cooking pizza, but it can be a bit confusing to find out what they want to order. they have no appetizers that have sides. who come with the main meal, the choice of sweetness is a bit subduing and pricy for what they are. we had a choice of different pizza, but strangely they had no waving, so complicated a bit more. the sweets we ordered seemed to arrive long, and the people came after all the others were darkened. this was spilled out and a amendement was made to the bill. so to sum pizza are super,side are good,sweet not so good

I visited here last Monday with friends to help the benefits of eating out out scheme. how they could imagine it was very busy. despite this we clear out and the manager came out to speak to everyone personally. we sat shortly later and ordered ours. the food came fast and was absolutely beautiful. it was so filled that I had to go home. I am definitiw back. the manager was beautiful and took the time to chat even though they ran away from their feet

Dropped in for lunch with Diane, we both opted for the buffet and declared the salad, pasta and pizza all delicious (plentiful also since it's serve yourself Only slight gripe is the bottomless drink, at a real rip-off as nobody could drink...enough to get value-for-money! I chose the free tap water. A bonus was the half price next time voucher on our receipt which ensures a revisit soon.

I visited Tuesday evening at with my son and just want to say how comfortable the whole process was made for us... working in the hospitality industry myself I know how hard things are at the moment and just want to say how friendly...the duty manager and staff were.... it’s my little boys favourite place and I can’t say I’d argue next time he asks to go....

In the last years me and my family have visited Pizza Hut Durham at least once a month, the food the first year was really good value for money and tasteful, however over the past months it has deteriorated gradually so much so...our monthly visit has stopped, the salad is stale and all food under cooked. However I always find staff friendly and helpful

another visit in this pizza hut with similar family, so we, where a bit comprehend. this time we found the experience so much better, much faster, far more organized we all decided to take for the meal deal, which is good value only light negative were a little cool in the restaurant they no longer cash

We visited this restaurant tonight for my daughters birthday. Whilst the food was ok, the restaurant was absolutely freezing! All the people eating there had coats on, others even kept hats on! Whilst the food was ok, it went cold very quickly which was a...shame

We visited Pizza Hut on the September We ordered our food but mid-way through our meal I found an issue with my meal. I spoke with our waitress and the manager who handled the situation extremely efficiently and professionally. A credit to Pizza...Hut.

had a nice meal here in the juli! great service and gluten-free pizza. would especially recommend for people after a gluten-free diet because the pizza base was delicious!
