Nice surprise! My husband is Italian and eating pizza in France is a real limestone. This was not as good as a real Italian pizza but my husband was pleasantly surprised by the finesse of the dough and its taste !!!! Bravo!!! In any case, it was probably better than some expensive pizzas found in the Italian restaurants of Vence...
