They no longer have the hats or arcade machines. Its sad to see something go away from my childhood. My father came here since the 1950s, ive been coming since a baby in the early 90s. Its sad to see the changes. Steak n Cheese is still good. Pizza is good but something tastes a little different and its kinda over cooked, could be a different sauce or cheese, over all the food hasn’t changed completely. Im sure in time the new owners will get the hang of it like bryan did and perfect it as good as his.

What an adorable hidden gem on our drive from Richmond, VA to New Jersey. We had our kids and needed to get lunch and stretch our legs, took the first exit we could after bad traffic, and came across Pizza Oven. Unassuming, this place is like stepping back in time with its decor. The owner was so kind and had us sign the guest book and gave us a free calendar about DC. Pizza was good too! Cash only and our change included a $2 bill and a half dollar coin! We will save

The food and decor at this restaurant are top-notch! Even though I was bummed they didn't have eggplant parm, the pizza was delicious on my first visit. It took a bit longer than I expected, but the onion rings were some of the best I've ever had. The staff is very friendly and the prices are fair. They also offer some special deals at certain times or with certain combos. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

This has always been my favorite pizza on Earth, and the subs are the bomb too.There was a mini-chain of this restaurant in my home Richmond VA in the 60's and 70's. I worked in one as a kid. Some friends and I would make a 100+ miles-each-way road trip to this one in later years because we craved them so much. It was well worth it. We stopped by this restaurant on our way home from DC after finding it on Google Maps. It is very convenient, located right off the highway with plenty of parking. The pizza was tasty and reasonably priced. The service was excellent and the owner made us feel like family. This modest little restaurant has a charming retro decor that transports you back in time. We wish we lived closer so we could visit more often.

Food time travel. Once upon a time, when I was a child, the best pizza was at Pizza Oven. When I married and moved into a home of my own, the local delicious pizza was at the nearby Pizza Oven. Now all those Pizza Ovens are gone and only one remains. It is as I remember, wonderful and timeless.

This restaurant is a hidden gem with an old-school charm, featuring baseball caps hanging from the ceiling, political posters on the walls, and arcade games. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. Stay safe out there!

Top 5 worst cheese steak i ever had.. lady also put mayo on my sub when i simply said only cheese, onions and banana peppers. Also called in and it took forever to be done. Dont go for the subs. Reserva una mesa ahora

Pizza Oven is exceptional. This place has been in business in this location since 1957 and when you walk in the store you will see it is true. Amazing pizza, awesome service!
