While the lady and the young waiter and waitress were courteous and professional, the senior male waiter had an arrogant and bullying attitude that soured our dining experience. He was rude when asked about the spaghetti options, refused to help with scanning a QR code, and even threatened to throw us out when confronted about his behavior. Waitressing is a demanding job that requires both personal and professional skills, and it's unfortunate when staff members like this ruin the experience for customers. Despite this negative encounter, I would still recommend Pizza Pasta Bene for its delicious pasta and tiramisu. Just be sure to avoid visiting when the senior male waiter is on duty to ensure a pleasant dining experience. After all, nobody wants to be bullied or intimidated at a restaurant, right?

The appearance of the restaurant may seem a bit worn on the outside, but the cozy atmosphere inside feels like being in an Italian home. The enthusiastic Italian waitstaff enhance the experience and leave you wanting to return. The pizzas are exceptionally thin and crispy.
