Horrendous…. We normally order from here after going to the pub on a Friday night and normally all good after long wait!!! We wanted a kebab mid week Tuesday at 9:00 not busy and ordered and turned up 20 mins later. I know we are lazy but the kebab shop is half way down Poole road where we live 10 minute walk so 2 mins in a car . Kebabs turned up freezing cold and had to reheat in microwave. I called the owner and questioned and basically told me if you want it warm you need to pick it up as deliveries will always be cold!!! We have been ordering kebabs and pizza from Pizza Pino for over 3 years on a regular basis. This past Friday, we placed an order online as usual. However, 90 minutes later, our order still had not arrived. When I called to inquire, I was informed that they would not be delivering our order because we owed them money from a previous order on August 18th. They never contacted me about the outstanding payment before or after that date. I would have gladly paid if they had reminded me, as we have been loyal customers for over 3 years. I am quite surprised to be writing this review. We typically have a great experience and have ordered from this restaurant many times before. Unfortunately, our most recent order arrived cold. When we called to address the issue, the manager suggested that we should have picked up the food ourselves if we wanted it hot, and then proceeded to dismiss our concerns by saying, "don't tell me how to run my business." As a result, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. It's disappointing to lose a loyal customer like us.
I don't offer eat takeaways but had two young relatives coming round for a meal so decided to order food from Pizza Pino. I was amazed at the quality of the food. All four of us really enjoyed it and my chicken shish wrap contained delicately marinated chicken breast that was so tender and tasty. The portions were large and the service excellent. We will definitely return to Pizza Pino.
