Had a fundraiser occurring and they provided great service, chance to win and it was packed! The food was plentiful. Very clean. Very observant to refilling food. Just a great restaurant for a family fun meal. Plus desert! Parking: Parking entry behind the building. Kid-friendliness: Youngsters will have an easy time getting their plate full. Lots of options. Including the desert pizzas and ice cream. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to navigate with no ramps or steps coming inside. There is one section that has steps down to a smaller room. But general dining is open. Plenty of room to get to the buffets and tables. I Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with bacon and received a regular sauce. When I called and spoke with the manager about the error he wanted to argue with me instead of offering a solution. He said he got different information from an employee than what I Ordered. I tried to explain to him that I was hung up on and had place my order again and give them my payment info again. This isn't the first time that this has happened to me. I will not be ordering from watertown pizza ranch again!!! Service: 1
