I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with bacon, but I received one with regular sauce instead. When I called to speak with the manager about the mix-up, he argued with me rather than offering a solution. He mentioned that he received different information from one of his employees than what I had ordered. I tried to explain that I had been disconnected and had to place my order again, providing my payment information a second time. This isn't the first time I've experienced issues like this. I won't be ordering from Watertown Pizza Ranch again! Service: 1 star.

This is the first time I've ever been to a Pizza Ranch. I could not be more disappointed! There were hardly any pizzas in the buffet (three). The pizza was OLD! Saw two employees cross contaminate and touch food with bare hands after touching their face. Took 45 minutes to get the pizza we ordered and it was not fully cooked and missing toppings. There were five of us in our group, and calling it a buffet would be an understatement. There were only two half pizzas, no salad, no fruit, and just four pieces of chicken available. When we raised this issue with the woman in the dining room, she mentioned that there was another party in a private room. It seemed like our needs as paying customers didn't matter. We would not recommend dining here.

The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. The food is excellent—clearly, the chefs know how to cook! Unlike some other Pizza Ranch locations, the food here is cooked perfectly.

My friend and I have the buffet! It was so delicious there were many different options for pizza that you would probably not have looked so good! Desserts were delicious! Come back!
