The calabria, in fourchambault, was the pizzeria, and my pizzeria for more than ten years. Excellent pizzas, like everything else. nice reception, always, invariably, and professional. And last night, I return over 30 years ago. Patterns are always as nice, pizzas always as good, like salads, like riceotto, and the digestive offered, it’s a rare attention. However, I haven’t been recognized, but I have recognized these qualities and details that make calabria a real good pizzeria. A happy and pleasant rediscovery. Thank you.
we arrived at 7 , reserve at the last moment , there was a certain waiting to start the apero and the meal but I understood why , I took a mozza salad entrance and after a beef net to Calabrais accompanies with pates .How to say a real treat, really , a nice surprise . a frozen nougat for dessert with these idem candied fruits. I strongly recommend. I understand better waiting everything is done home. Bravo and thank you.
