A minimalistic Masterpiece. This place looks common, the pizza looks common, the pizza is thick. All things i usually wouldn´t consider to make a good pizza. But these pies really proof that you can´t rate things always as what they look like. I recommend a pizza with ham, mushrooms and Mario´s garlic pickled chillies. I think the secret to the great taste is the owner Mario, it seems he cares a lot about his ingrediences. And even the thickness of the pizza here is kind of a pro argument because the dough is so fucking good. It has that fermented taste, like the dough already had some time till it was finally baked. And Mario also doesn´t like when people **** around with his pizza because...
