After reading many of these reviews I see that the manager always comes back with a comment to avoid admitting how bad this place is, take it from me you should really steer clear. The place was empty when we arrived with lots of staff towards the back of the restaurant and although we hadn’t booked (we had tried but their website wouldn’t work! we were, after standing waiting for at least 5 minutes offered a table. As an english speaking family we tried our best to understand the menu and we appreciated there was a QR code to show us the menu in English. Several negative points in this restaurant. Firstly, we arrived early, there weren 't many people in the restaurant, but the center was full and noisy so we asked to be placed in one of the rooms at the back. The waiter told us that they were closed, except that 30 minutes later people were placed in these rooms. Second, we waited a really long time for our food only to have two of the pizzas arrive burnt, one was missing ingredients, and the more expensive one was small. We dare to say something to the waiter who packs us up and at the end of the meal dares to make an inappropriate joke about our remarks. Suffice to say that it did not happen. The food and wine was pretty excellent, the service however not so much. From the moment I walked in, the first waitress told me the price of sparking water upon me ordering it (perhaps discrimination as the only black person in the restuarant apart from the bar staff). I didn’t ask for the price, I just asked for sparkling water. From them on I was swapped across multiple waters, and I was only attended to when I looked for someone. I would have ordered more wine and even dessert but what would have been the point when I had the dessert menu for 20 minutes and was never asked what I wanted. Very disappointed.

Very arrogant and rude behavior, welcoming a customer must be at least respectful.....is there a sign that says to wait???? That's fine, but at least you should apologize if the customer tells you he's been waiting to be noticed for 15 minutes. Bad very bad . Reserva una mesa ahora

Tuna pizza with a cut too light, a little tuna in the center but the dough is good. almost like broccoli stems, barely 2-3 bouquets in pesto-brocolis pasta, no grated cheese delivered. without taste and fade, immangeable.

4 fr per carafe of water!!!!!!! It's a joke. No one will take me for a pigeon again, except for pizza! At its price I would have preferred a better quality pizza. 3 different servers, with a smile it would be better

Cold and dry pizza while I live 5 minutes by bike, hung on the edges, and garnished except to put very cold, so everything was cold. I was planning to order five minutes from home to eat hot, bad! Never again.

on 7 pizzas I had only made a special allergy request. Vegetarian pizza without peppers, it was not respected. very disappointed because if the notes are not respected for what they serve? Reserva una mesa ahora

The attendant rushed us to order the food. He was not attentive to our needs and sensible to our difficulties in understanding food menus
