I really enjoy Molino. BUT I am editing my previous review. I am afraid they have fallen into the realm on TOURIST TRAP. The staff did not realize that I enjoy eating out locally at MANY of the restaurants in the region. I asked for normal “tap” water and the waiter aggressively explained that they do not have that at Molino. Interesting…how do you wash the dishes, clean the restaurant, wash the windows? Perhaps he is lying? I asked both both in French and English. I still enjoyed the food and it seems like Molino got their happiness by charging me 3.5 franks for the tap water they ultimately served. We have eaten here a lot and the food is generally good. It is a chain with many restaurants...
I came back twice for the Spaghetti Carbonara. The best Spaghetti Carbonara that I have ever had was at the Vana Belle resort at Koh Samui. (I know I know. I didn't order Carbonara when I was in Italy). This one is pretty good. The second time we ordered other things, and they were pretty good, but not as good as the carbonara. Pizza was pretty good too.
Molinos is one of my best pizza place in Switzerland: veggie pizza , burroto cheese pizza name anything you would enjoy ! Don’t forget to ask for picante if you want spice on pizza ,, I always add olive oil and picante to have a great taste experience : Staff is almost busy ! It is crowded all the days : They speak English ,, best part to dine in
This restaurant was selected by all members of the family as the best of all the ones we went to in Vevey. 1 Excellent food. 2 Excellent and outstanding service. 3 It has a children's menu. 4 They gave goodies bags (drawing sheets, colors, amog others) to our girls, this was the biggest difference with many other restaurants in Vevey.

The staff was super friendly, the atmosphere was nice, the food was ok and the pizza was decent (not prepared in a traditional oven so the taste isn't 100% there) BUT the price is absolutely outrageous. That unfortunately left a bit of a sour taste at the end of the night

Excellent pizza, tagliatelle with salmon and spaghetti frutti di mare! Excellent service as well, so friendly. Really happy with our lunch here!
