Molino offers a decent selection of pasta, pizza and starters. I very much liked the spaghetti napoli which were perfectly al dente. The pizza marinara, on the other hand, is very spartan I recommend veganizing the pizza vegetariana by omitting the mozzarella. Verdure al forno aren't enough to count as a main dish in my opinion. Overall, this is no high end restaurant but price/performance is absolutely okay.
I had lunch at Molino for a family occasion. The welcome by Mr. Leonard was very friendly, he had prepared a nice table for us, which was very helpful and offered us first class service! Cheers! Service employees like this make a big difference. The food was well received and the guests felt comfortable. Gladly next time.
The Molino has several vegan dishes on offer. Everything is clearly written on. I can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience. I had vegan bruschette and vegan pizza Semi e Ceci. Perfect. A pizzeria that moves with the times and offers vegans a good selection.
