Pizzeria Rustica - Reserva de mesa

Visited just before 3pm on a Sunday to order carryout for an early dinner. We ordered two pizzas, one of which we paid extra to add prosciutto to. The pizza was brought to us pretty quickly but we made the mistake of not opening it to check that it was correct before we left to drive to our Airbnb. I mention this because after we got back and were ready to eat, we discovered that they did not include the prosciutto we requested and were charged about $4 extra for. I called to alert them of this mistake and no apology was made. The staff member I spoke with on the phone did offer to void our original charge and ring it up again on our credit card at the price without the added prosciutto fee....

My husband and I chose this spot for a last minute dinner on vacation. It did not disappoint. The margarita pizza was amazing, the fonduta was ok, but the star of the show was our waiter, Bridgett. She was so helpful and kind. She also offered up recommendations for us during our last day in town. She truly made our evening! (We took her recommendation of visiting the Olympic museum for our final day. It’s a must see!

They have some of the best pizza around! Very authentic. You can stop in as your shopping in Old Colorado City, or make a special trip down here just for the food! Amazing staff so nice and professional. We went right when it opened. Small line outside bit were sat right away! Very good tiramisu. Eating in the patio was nice and shaded. My bestie and I love it. Hopefully, you will too!

Warm, welcoming, intimate environment. Our server was Ashley, she was friendly and professional. Mr. Wonderful ordered their *special, which had a delicious white sauce, cheese, peaches (yes, peaches) and a balsamic drizzle. I enjoyed their Margherita pizza with Burrata. Reserva una mesa ahora

Most pizzas in the US are too fatty and have too much cheese. I was pleasantly surprised that the pizzas here are closer related to what one would find in Europe. The Mozzarella and Burrata was also very good.

Pizza was delicious. Even on the bottom of the pizza you can taste the difference of the wooden oven. We ordered out. Pizza prices are pricy for the size of the pizza. $20 for a small pizza

Hands down some of the best wood fire pizza I have had! The menu has plenty of great options and the staff was extremely nice and helpful! Reserva una mesa ahora
