Travelling through on the way home this lovely little restaurant was worth the time leaving the Autobahn and driving into the city centre for. on a Wednesday I didn't think we'd need to book, however it would have prudent. Luckily we got the last...table. We had our Labrador with us and she was welcomed and brought water. I had pizza. Hubby had pasta. Both were delicious and served super quick. The owners Mama and Papa were just as you would expect, attentive, efficient, ensuring every customer was happy with their meal, drinks ect. Just a shame we live away from this gem. I'm sure we'll make the detour here again on another long journey.
Después de pasar demasiado tiempo en el Havana Club queríamos una buena pizza. Llegamos alrededor de media hora antes del cierre y eso no fue ningún problema. La cocina permanece abierta hasta el cierre y el personal de ninguna manera trató de "hacernos cargo". Y luego la pizza: Simple en sabor e ingredientes, pero muy agradable. Todo está recién hecho con cuidado y sabe como si estuvieras en algún lugar de Italia. Definitivamente volveré a visitarlo para una cena 'normal'
After too much time in the havanna club we wanted a good pizza. we came in just half an hour before closing, and that was no problem at all. kitchen remains open until the end and the personal in no way tries to work and then the pizza: simply in taste and ingredients, but oh so beautiful. everything is freshly made with care and tastes like they are somewhere in italia. I will definitely be for a normal dinner time.
Jeee-sus this place was two decades ago my living room, then called faustus. I had my own table, which was held for days in the week until the faustus later faded to the pizzaria sole. if you follow. good pizza in koblenz looking, this is the place authentic, safe! the parmesan schinking (pork) is fantastic! and yes, I would make a min reroute only to dine here (committing in my rating scheme to reach five stars)

incomprehensible that so many praise the pizza. the diligent was too dry, which was almost unavailable, the price of 10 - 11 € not at all justified. the blonde operation, as well as the chefin, very unfriendly, as well as an insane loudness, so a conversation was almost not to lead. we will never go there again.
The pizza at Sole is super tasty. Nice choice of toppings and the special of the day is usually made with seasonal ingredients. I visit Koblenz once a year and Sole is THE restaurant we go to. I can't say the service is great at...all times. But the owner is really cool and the pizzas themselves are top class.
Estábamos con amigos alemanes y caminábamos por la ciudad en busca de comida no alemana, acabo de encontrar este lugar, no es un lugar grande, personal amable y ocupado, excelente pizza, pasta y zuppa, el Carpaccio estaba delicioso, fresco y sabroso, las porciones eran generosas, cerveza fluyó libremente
the sole is a very nice load with a decent pizza, however I did not find the service soo convincing. around 22.00 clock, all the tables were cleared and the party night was inflated, well, quite cheap

The pizzas are good, but fairly pricy, the owner (the only guy among the service personnel) is very nice, but the waitresses (two blond women) are exceptionally unfriendly if not rude.
If you care for an excellent PIZZA do not go elsewhere in Koblenz. This is the place to go. This is a PIZZERIA not an Italian restaurant but then: they are the true experts.
