The food is great but the customer service is poor. None of the workers behind the counter acknowledged me for over 5 minutes. They all walked by as if they were too busy and never once stopped to greet me. We are doing our young people a disservice by not teaching basic customer service skills. I hope I have a better experience next time.

Everything is great here! I'm frequent for Vienna Creme coffee. My workday does not begin without it! Staff is friendly polite they take good care of you great customer service! Just bring your laptop and stay productive. Beignets are outstanding!! No more Starbucks for me I'm good here at PJs! Hope to see you soon.
Quaint coffee shop. Excellent coffee!!!! I ordered the cold brew mocha. Rich creamy. Full of flavor. The Bignets are wonderful, as are the scones. pj’s coffee house is a jewel! the device is clean and alive. the chocolates and cream coffee and beignets were delicious and the customer service was also good! I will definitely recommend this facility to my friends and visit again.
I loved PJs in Nola, so finding there was one here was exciting. It did not disappoint, it was great. The owner was very loving and embracing. The coffee was definitely fresher than the high name brands. I love it!!

Nice place. Quite busy for a Friday afternoon. The Pralines Cream latte and the beignets were well worth the trip. I wish it was closer to my home; I'd visit more often.
