It was ok there is no drive through at this location and even though we walked right up to the counter to order. The CSR told us she would be right with us and. There didn't seem to be any rush to get us taken care of just seems like no matter how busy it is or about to be she wasn't really eager to get people In And out quickly.. Now Grant-it she was the only employee working so maybe that is the reason for her slow and steady pace seems like maybe she was a little aggravated that noone was there to help her or maybe someone called in idk the reasoning but definitely. This little place has the best service! Every time I'm there and see Kimberly H, she provides fantastic service. She always makes sure I get my cold foam if it hasn’t been prepared yet. The level of friendliness and professionalism is outstanding! I absolutely love this location!
This isn’t the first time I have walked in and ordered something to eat and each time I’ve gotten cold ham and cheese croissants, even after I asked for it to be warmed. Cashier didn’t seem too pleasant. Atmosphere was awkward. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

After a horrible experience at the PJ’s Coffee in Slidell, the marketing manager provided me with a gift card to give them another chance. However, I went to this location and the service and coffee were great! I’m going to stick with the Covington location.
Heating a croissant in the microwave just doesn’t compare to the quality at other locations that use air fryers, which do a much better job. I hope they invest in one of those modern appliances soon!
I love PJs. I come every morning on my way to school. I run into a lot of teachers here. Very nice young people are the baristas.
Coffee poor in taste quality. Sweet drinks are too sweet that all you get is sugar taste. For the price..its not a great deal.
