We just used Planet Pizza to cater my daughter’s first birthday on 3/9/24 and we were thrilled with the experience. The communication from Dave and his team was so clear and easy. They dropped off dishes for us to try prior to choosing, helped set everything up at the birthday party, were punctual and efficient. Everyone was raving about the food and I even had plenty to send my guests home with leftovers. We ordered pizza, chicken francese, salad, rolls and penne a La vodka. Everything was so delicious and perfect. Was such a treat to not have to worry about food for the party. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again for an event or for a dinner in or out! Last Friday I went in to pick up an order and i was shocked at how busy it was. I’m new in town and I have NOT seen anything like it. From the amount of people dining in and picking up it was packed. I did wait about 15 min for my order but thegentleman at the register was very polite and explained that they were short staffed and he appreciated me and my business whileI waited. We Just wanted to say thank you for the pleasant experience and hospitality, especially when you’re that busy I knowit can be hard. The food was totally worth the wait! you guys have an amazing staff and rock at what you do. We will mostdefinitely be back again next Friday.
Honestly a disgusting experience overall. Order last night, three out of four of us ended up sick all day today. Personally, my wings were 90% overcooked bone-dry drumsticks. The sauce at the bottom was a good sauce but it did nothing to mask how awful everything tasted. Everyone else remarked their own dissatisfactions about their individual meals as well. Idk why my friends insist on going here every time we're in Norwalk but this is the last time I put up with it. I'm not even picky or prudey about my food this place is just not good.
This used to be our favorite restaurant, but we had a disappointing experience recently. We paid $31 for an XL pizza and were told that we would have to pay extra for crushed red pepper flakes or oregano on the side. It seemed ridiculous to have to choose between adding the toppings to the pizza or paying more for them on the side. It's an XL pizza that we were sharing! Even Domino's provides extra packets for free if you want them.

The food is consistently excellent. I just hosted my daughter's 6th birthday party there, and the kids had a fantastic time, especially making their own pizzas. James was wonderful to work with; he took care of all the setup, including the cake and candy. It was a fun and seamless experience. I highly recommend this place!
Always a pleasure having food from there. The staff, manager James and owner Dave always have your back. They are very loyal to their customers and we have been for years. In the rare case something is not right, they'll fix it happily. We are lucky to have such diligent people here.
Planet pizza has one of the most delicious pizzas in Norwalk!!! My family goes weekly for a pie or dinner platters. James who is usually at the register is very patient as we are often indecisive on what to order because everything is SO good. Highlyrecommend!
I was there this past Friday and could not be any happier with the service I received. Not only was the staff great the food was great too. If you love NY style pizza this is the place to go. Highly recommend them!
