You guys actually have really great food, or at least good for the price. But we literally just pulled up to your restaurant, which sign says closes at 9, Google says closes at 9, someone even talked to us (may have been automated not sure) when we pulled up an hour before close, and we sat there for 10 minutes in the drive thru lane with nothing. Better communication please, if you close early, or if your hours change, let us know so we don't sit there. Your time as restaurateurs is precious, please don't have your customers who actually enjoy the experience you provide waste theirs
Unfortunately this was my first and last time there. My sub was so dry with hardly no sauce and didn't get everything I asked or paid for. The bread was crumbling and everything was honestly plain and flavorless. Subways terrible these days so was looking for something different. I seen some positive reviews about this place but I don't understand what happen to our order. We ordered 3 subs and not 1 of them was anything to brag about or even close.
Very disappointed. This was our first visit to Planet Sub and likely our last. My husband ordered the chicken club sub for me, but it was incredibly dry and bland—he ended up bringing it to me while I was at the ER. I might have been better off waiting for hospital food. He also had a chicken wrap that was just as dry and tasteless, almost like choking on a hard, dry biscuit from Popeyes. At least I was already at the hospital in case I did choke.
Ordered for the first time through UberEATS. Very disappointed. Order took over a hour with a noted time of 20-30 minutes with no notification as to why. I work in the food service industry it was ridiculous for a sub 2 cookies a drink and Bosco sticks to take over a hour.. The Bosco sticks were under cooked. They forgot my garlic cheese dip. Overall the creamy club sub I got was ok. But do not think I will be a returning customer.

I love this place and try to come as much as possible. If you are looking for a hidden gem sub spot in Clarkston, this is the place to go. The bread is cooked fresh every day and the ingredients always taste fresh. The two owners of the company make you feel like family. They also have a drive thru which is nice when you are in a hurry. Ask them for the Jason special a chocolate chip cookie warmed up and you won 't be disappointed.
I ordered a creamy turkey club on gluten-free bread. The bread was okay, but it cost me over $16 for the sandwich. There were only a couple of tiny bits of bacon (like bacon bits) and no mayo or cream cheese. It turned out to be dry and definitely not worth the price.
I am extremely disappointed because half of our order was incorrect and our subs were a mess. I wish I could say the food we received tasted good, but unfortunately, it didn’t. As a first-time customer, I don't think I'll be returning.
Best subs i have ever had, have been here many times and have never had a bad sub. And the service is the best around! The owners are amazing people and the product is perfect would recommend 10/10 every time.
